users should be able to Add a time delay for Open Trades in the Hook settings. The issue: there are many problems when open a new trade if the existing trade is not closed yet. Example: TV fires alerts for both Close Long and Open Short at the same bar, then it sends 2 signals to Finandy(whatever reason user may set 2 separated alerts for long and short), 1 is flat the long, and 2 is the open short, but sometimes, Short cannot be opened, coz the Long is not closed yet. coz there was no time for Finandy to close the Short properly. So, if user can add a 3 or 5 seconds delay for opening new trades, it will be great. (Controlling such delay from Pine Script is very complicated and unstable)
